This place suits me perfectly! I love the strong wi-fi, fitness center, and the snack bar. On my first stay, the staff provided great local info, especially Ali, who was super friendly. Tip, Don't miss the amazing breakfast! I'll be back for Easter.

My stay was really good on Friday & Saturday night. The location was magnificent - short way from everywhere I wanted to go. Stayed in suite with glorious air con which was perfect for me...

Great restaurant, normal double room with social services stays, kitchen plus sofa. Great and lovely location, just a pleasant stroll away from National Sea Life Centre Birmingham.

Comfy bed, well furnished and well-appointed room with good Internet, a storage space and a lounge. Perfect and fantastic location - minute walk from bars and pubs.

The studio suite offered a great location and provided a spacious environment, perfect for couples looking for some comfort. The kitchenette was a fantastic perk, nice for easy meal preparation. Although breakfast quality was average, the staff consistently refreshed it. Finding the hotel was a bit challenging due to poor signage, especially at night and in rainy conditions.

Location next to Birmingham stations was a pro for us.

At arrival the staff on the desk was preoccupied to notice us. At arrival in the room the toilet was very dirty. We switched rooms but the experience with the dirty toilet in another room made us feel uncomfortable and with questions regarding the cleanliness of the hotel.

Can't recommend highly enough for an overnight stopping

Comfortable bed, great breakfast, the breakfast offered an excellent variety including freshly cooked options like omelettes and veggie sausages.

The location was perfect for exploring the city. I especially loved the friendly service from the reception staff, always ready to help. It's nice to have that homey vibe while enjoying a hotel stay.

I had such a delightful stay! The breakfast selection was amazing, especially the omelettes and veggie sausages. Plus, the convenience of the well-equipped kitchen in my suite made it feel just like home. I truly appreciated the complimentary laundry service too. a real bonus when traveling!

We visited Cadbury World, where the 3D storytelling and interactive theatre were a hit. The hotel is just a short walk to great restaurants, a cinema, and shops. The breakfast was plentiful, and the communal areas were comfortable and relaxing. Definitely a great spot for a group getaway.

Unfortunately, some staff were not as friendly, surprising, especially during check-in. I felt a bit dismissed by the day staff, which took away from the overall positive experience.
